Dinner: (06.00 PM) a bit of Urap + a bit of Bandeng Presto
Snacks: 3 slices of Sugar Toast Bread, a Strawberry Frozen Yoghurt
Sleep: 10.00 PM
Healthy Activity: Aerobic Class
