Breakfast: (08.00 AM) a tall glass of Guava Juice
Snacks: (10.30 AM) a small glass of Green Tea Frozen Yoghurt
Lunch: (12.30 PM) half portion of Spicy Penne
Snack Before Dinner: (06.00 PM) a tall glass of Cincau Hijau mix with Passion fruit Juice
Dinner: (06.30 PM) a Mujair + a little bit of Oseng Tempe + special chili
Sleep:

Hari ini gak makan nasi, lagi pengen makan Penne (dengan resiko karbo yg nilainya lebih tinggi dr nasi). Biasanya rasanya enak, tp kali ini enak bangeeeetttt!!!! Kayaknya gara2 sm gw ditambahin Gochujang sauce (bener2 sauce yg harus ada setiap saat).
